Your single point of accountability
StellarCosmic Global Limited is a Kenyan private limited company based in Nairobi. We are the local contracting party and the single point of accountability on every project we take on.
We deliver through two established international execution partners. One brings more than three decades of design, engineering and project management on large public, healthcare and education projects. The other brings a long record of construction and specialist building protection in the Gulf's demanding climate.
Together, our partners cover the full life of a building or infrastructure asset: design, management, construction and long-term protection. Our approach in four words: Design. Manage. Build. Endure.
How our delivery model works
You, the client
You contract with StellarCosmic. You deal with one Kenyan company for the whole project.
StellarCosmic
We hold the contract and the accountability. We lead the project locally, manage the programme and report to you.
Our execution partners
We bring in partner expertise, methods and quality systems where the project needs them, in design, management, construction or building protection.
Kenyan delivery
Work on site uses Kenyan labour, subcontractors and materials wherever possible, with skills transfer to Kenyan teams.

Design and engineering
Architectural and engineering design, feasibility studies, technical consultancy and BIM, plus design-and-build and turnkey delivery.
Project management
Programme and project management, site supervision, design and materials review, testing and commissioning, and FIDIC contract administration.
Construction
Civil works for commercial, residential and industrial buildings, steel structures and fabrication, and interiors and fit-out.
Building protection
Concrete restoration and weatherproofing with systems from leading global manufacturers, from crack injection and strengthening to membranes, roofing and facades.

Clear controls on every project
We lead each project locally, with clear lines of responsibility. You get one contract, one team to talk to and one party answerable for the result.
Our project controls draw on the methods and quality systems of our execution partners.
