Infrastructure projects in Kenya
Water and wastewater plants, roads and bridges must work for decades. County governments, utilities and national agencies need them well planned and well documented, often to the standards of international funders.
We act as the single accountable contractor. Our partners bring design, project management and contract administration, along with concrete repair and cathodic protection for ageing or exposed structures.

Funded projects need clear reporting, quality records and contract administration that meet the funder's requirements.
Work around live networks
Water, sewer and road networks must keep running. Tie-ins and shutdowns need careful planning with the operator.
Long service life
Concrete and steel in water and wastewater plants face constant wetting and chemical attack. Protection must be designed in.
Planning for the rains
Earthworks and concrete pours must be planned around the long rains (March to May) and short rains (October to December).
Bridges need long-term protection against corrosion. 
Road works rely on well-briefed crews and traffic control.

FAQ
Questions clients ask
Can you work on donor-funded projects?
Yes. We administer contracts to international FIDIC standards, which many funders use. We keep the reporting and quality records that funded projects require.
Can you repair an ageing water or wastewater structure?
Yes. We start with an assessment, which can include concrete scanning and coring. We then propose repair, crack injection, strengthening or protective coatings to suit its condition.
How do you plan around the rains?
We build the long rains (March to May) and short rains (October to December) into the programme. Earthworks, concrete pours and roofing are timed to reduce weather risk.
