Terms of use

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by StellarCosmic Global Limited (“StellarCosmic”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company based in Nairobi, Kenya.

By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Use of content

The text, layout and images on this website are owned by or licensed to StellarCosmic.

You may view, download and print pages for your own information, or for internal use in your organisation, for example when evaluating us for a project or tender.

You may not copy, republish, sell or change our content for any other purpose without our written permission. You may not use our name or brand line in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.

No offer or contract

The information on this website is general. It is not an offer, a quotation, a tender or advice for any particular project.

Sending a form or an email through this website does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. A contract with StellarCosmic exists only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Any prices, programmes, scopes or terms for a project will be set out in a written proposal or contract. Documents we send on request, such as prequalification documents, may carry their own terms.

Experience of our execution partners

StellarCosmic delivers projects through two international execution partners. The track record, project types, figures and awards described on this website are the experience of those partners. They are not StellarCosmic’s own projects or awards.

We show this experience to explain the type and scale of work our partners have delivered. It does not mean that a particular partner, person, method or result will apply to your project. The role of each partner on a project is confirmed in writing for that project.

Accuracy

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date. We do not promise that it is complete, accurate or current at all times. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

If information on this website matters to a decision you are making, please confirm it with us in writing.

We provide this website as it is. To the fullest extent that Kenyan law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from using, or relying on, this website or its content. This includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, business, contracts or data.

We are not liable for any loss caused by viruses or other harmful material that may affect your device or data through your use of this website.
