Questions clients ask
Can you refurbish while the hotel stays open?
Yes. We plan works floor by floor or wing by wing with your operations team. Noisy work, deliveries and access routes are scheduled to limit disruption to guests.
How do you deal with corrosion at the coast?
Salt air speeds up corrosion of steel and of reinforcement in concrete. We assess the structure first, then specify repair, protective coatings or cathodic protection to suit the exposure.
Do you install decks and terrace waterproofing?
Yes. Our weatherproofing work covers load-bearing outdoor decks and terraces, waterproofing membranes and protective coatings.
