Questions clients ask
Can you deliver both the base building and the fit-out?
Yes. We can deliver the base building, the tenant fit-out, or both. Interiors work covers fit-out packages and decorative, commercial and industrial coatings.
Can you work as a specialist subcontractor?
Yes. We can take on specialist packages under a main contractor, such as steel structures, facades, waterproofing or concrete repair.
How do you manage a tight city site?
We prepare a logistics plan before work starts, covering deliveries, storage, cranage and site access. We agree it with you and, where needed, with neighbours and the county authorities.
Which contract forms do you work under?
We administer contracts to international FIDIC standards. We can discuss other forms of contract at tender stage.
