What construction covers
We work as a general engineering contractor. One accountable team covers civil works, steelwork, fit-out and coatings, so you have fewer interfaces to manage and one party to answer for the result.
Our construction partner has a long record in the Gulf's demanding climate. We pair its methods and quality systems with Kenyan labour, subcontractors and materials wherever possible, and with skills transfer built into the work.

How a job runs
From survey to handover
Review and plan
We review the design, site and contract, then agree the programme, method statements and site logistics.
Procure and fabricate
We source materials, locally where possible, and check fabricated steelwork before it leaves the workshop.
Build with QA/QC
Works follow inspection and test plans, with hold points, daily HSE checks and regular progress reports.
Fit out and finish
Interiors, coatings and finishes follow once the structure and services have been inspected and accepted.
Test and hand over
We complete testing, close out snags and hand over with as-built records and operation manuals.

FAQ
Questions clients ask
Can you work on a design-and-build basis?
Yes. We can take responsibility for design and construction under one contract, with our design partner supporting where needed. We can also build to a design you already have.
Can you design and supply steel buildings such as warehouses?
Yes. Our steel structures work covers design, fabrication and installation, including warehouses, industrial sheds, roof structures, canopies and facade support. Where fabrication takes place depends on the project, and we confirm it in our proposal.
Do you work on occupied buildings?
Often, yes, especially for fit-out and painting. We plan phasing, access, noise, dust and working hours with your facility team so the building can stay in use. Whether a specific job can run while occupied depends on the scope, so we confirm it after a site visit.
How do you protect steelwork on the coast?
Salt air around Mombasa and along the coast speeds up corrosion. We select coating systems for the exposure, prepare surfaces to the manufacturer's requirements and inspect each coat. The right system depends on the structure and its location, so we advise on it project by project.
Do you use local labour and subcontractors?
Yes, wherever possible. We use Kenyan labour, subcontractors and materials, with skills transfer from our partners where specialist methods are involved.
