Questions clients ask
Can you respond to public tenders?
Yes. Tender and prequalification documents are available on request. We prepare each submission to the requirements of the tender.
Do you work under FIDIC contracts?
Yes. We administer contracts to international FIDIC standards, covering programme, variations, payments and claims.
How do you handle security on sensitive sites?
We agree security arrangements with you before work starts, such as access control and the handling of drawings. We then apply them to our own staff and our subcontractors.
Do you use local labour and materials?
Yes. We use Kenyan labour, subcontractors and materials wherever possible, with skills transfer from our partners. This supports local content goals on public projects.
