Local leadership
StellarCosmic is the contracting party and your single point of accountability. The project is led locally, by the company you contract with.
Partner expertise, project by project
We bring in specialist expertise, methods and quality systems from our execution partners where a project needs them.
Kenyan labour and materials
We use Kenyan labour, subcontractors and materials wherever possible, with skills transfer to Kenyan teams.
Project controls
Reporting, QA/QC and HSE oversight on every site, so you can see progress, quality and safety at each stage.
Local content

We use Kenyan labour, subcontractors and materials wherever possible. This keeps value in the local economy and builds capacity for future work.
Where our partners bring specialist methods, we aim to pass those skills on. We plan each project so that Kenyan engineers, supervisors and tradespeople work alongside partner specialists and learn the methods on the job.

How a project runs
Enquiry and scoping
You tell us what you need. We review the brief, drawings and site information, and agree the scope with you.
Team and partner input
We decide which partner expertise the project needs and form the local and partner team.
Proposal and contract
We prepare our proposal or tender. You contract with StellarCosmic as the single accountable party.
Delivery on site
We lead the work locally, with Kenyan labour, subcontractors and materials wherever possible, and partner specialists where needed.
Controls and reporting
QA/QC and HSE oversight run throughout. We report progress, quality and safety to you as the work proceeds.
Handover
We complete testing and commissioning where the scope includes it, then hand over the works with the documents agreed in the contract.

Based in Nairobi, working across Kenya
We are based in Nairobi and can take on projects anywhere in Kenya. We welcome enquiries from county governments, other public bodies and private clients.
Wherever the site is, the same model applies: one accountable contracting party, partner expertise where needed, and local people and suppliers wherever possible.
