Ask for an assessment if your building shows signs like these.

  • Cracked concrete

    Cracks in slabs, beams, columns or walls that are new, growing or letting water in.

  • Spalling concrete

    Concrete breaking away from the surface, often with rusting steel reinforcement showing.

  • Leaks and damp

    Leaking roofs, basements, wet areas or water tanks, and damp patches on walls and ceilings.

  • Corrosion

    Rusting reinforcement or steelwork, common in coastal salt air and in wet or industrial settings.

  • Failing roofs

    Leaking, rusting or damaged roof sheets, membranes, gutters and flashings.

  • Failing facades

    Cracked render, loose cladding, failed sealants or water getting in through the walls.

  1. You send the details

    Use the form to send photos, any drawings and the site location, with a short description of the problem.

  2. We review and confirm

    We review what you send. We confirm the scope of the visit, and any fee or cost, with you before we visit.

  3. Site visit

    We inspect the affected areas and record what we find. Where the problem needs it, partner specialists can advise.

  4. Findings and options

    We explain the likely cause, the repair or protection options, and whether further testing is needed.

  5. Proposal

    If you want us to carry out the work, we prepare a proposal for it.

Any fee or cost for the assessment is confirmed with you before the visit.

  • Drawings, if you have them
  • The site location, such as the town and area, or a map pin
  • A short description of the problem
